I have only just heard the news that Lorraine had, sadly, passed away. Although I never had the privilege of meeting Lorraine, she and my late wife Lynda were work colleagues and friends at South West Water/Pennon who supported each other through their respective treatments. My condolences and very best wishes go to all Lorraine's family.
